Chef de Partie (m/w/d)
Want to really get cooking? As a chef de partie, you are responsible for a station in the kitchen and independently prepare our high-quality dishes. With your years of cooking experience, you can ensure quality and taste. You work closely with the sous and chef and support with preparation and organization.

- The organization and preparation of food for a complete station
- Teamwork & collaboration within the hot & cold kitchen
- Ensuring the cleanliness and orderliness of the assigned work area and cold storage in accordance with the specified division at the beginning of the season
- Compliance with HACCP regulations throughout the entire work process.
- Cooking in the show kitchen
- Collaborate with colleagues on menu development
- Supporting the chef & sous chef in optimizing processes

Seasonal employment relationship
- 5 days / 40 hours / € 2,500 gross
- 6 days / 48 hours / €3,000 gross
Year-round position possible
- Winter season: early December to April
- Summer season: end of May to beginning of November
