Commis de Rang really get things going and ensure smooth service processes through mise en place. You support Demi Chefs de Rang and Chefs de Rang in providing our guests with unforgettable vacations in a good mood.

Setting up and clearing the buffets: Commis de Rang are responsible for setting up and clearing the buffets, which offer our guests a diverse selection of food and drinks.
Mis-en-place & preparation of service stations
Cleanliness of the dining rooms & tables
Fold mouth napkins
Breakfast service: as Commis de Rang you help look after the guests, take over egg orders and buffet work.
Looking after guests: In addition to serving, commis de rang advise guests on the selection of drinks, food or questions about the process
Support with bar service & event service: If necessary, as Commis de Rang you can also help in our Dolce Vita Bar or support the organization and implementation of events
Prepare sideboards: Commis de Rang prepare the sideboards by providing cruets and glasses and keeping menu cards up to date.
