Breakfast chef (m/f/d)

We are looking for early risers who enjoy cooking, are creative and enjoy working in a team. As a breakfast cook, you are responsible for the variety of dishes and the show cooking of our breakfast buffet. With attention to detail and delicious innovations, you will delight our guests above all others and ensure an enjoyable start to the day.

You should bring this with you

Language skills

• German B2
• English B1

• Planning and organizing the kitchen area for smooth breakfast service
• Preparation and presentation of breakfast dishes according to hotel standards
• Show cooking in the front kitchen
• Preparation and setup of the afternoon snack
• Mise-en-place work for the next day
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of assigned work area and cold storage
• Preparing ingredients and monitoring inventory levels for breakfast foods
• Compliance with HACCP regulations to ensure food safety and hygiene
• Filling the buffet area and the fruit basket

Seasonal employment relationship

• 5 days / 40 hours / € 2,200 gross
• 6 days / 48 hours / € 2,500 gross
• Winter season: early December to April
• Summer season: end of May to beginning of November
