Sous chef (m/w/d)

Our ****Hotel, Hotel Gartnerkofel, is located directly on the slopes in the Nassfeld ski area. Just like the location, our guests are pampered by the excellent services of the hotel. The kitchen, in particular, should always surprise with innovations, creative ideas, and buffets. For this, we are looking for a dedicated, creative employee who loves their profession, views it as a calling, and can envision a long-term collaboration.

You should bring this with you

You support our head chef in leading the team, which consists of 20 climbers.
You love working in a team and are a role model?
You have already gained experience as a sous chef?
You bring new and creative ideas?
You are motivated and determined?
Employee management is very important to you?
Good knowledge of German and English

We offer

Full-time employment with 5 days/47.5 hours per week
Fixed working hours in consultation with the chef

Employment relationship

We offer a minimum salary for the position of Sous Chef of € 4,300 based on full-time employment. 5 days a week with 47.5 hours. Willingness to pay more depending on qualifications and training.

Winter season: Early December to April
Summer season: Late May to early November

The minimum salary for the position of sous chef is € 4,400 gross.
